Most of our work is expected to be in person but for those customers that purchase online we want you to be as delighted by your purchase as you would have been in person and so in the unlikely event that you change your mind you have 7 working days in which you can change your mind and return the items for a refund less the original carriage cost. This only applies to unopened items in their original, sealed packaging.

It is important for this process to be successfully concluded that you obtain a returns authorisation so that we too know what is happening. The returns authorisation notes your reason for return and that you are indeed returning the item. This process also provides the return address to where the courier must deliver your return and the return authorisation number must be included on the address label. Customers must return unwanted goods at their own cost using a ‘signed for’ carrier service. We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect after these seven days, nor if they have been used or removed from their original packaging. Upon inspection the sale will be credited less the initial carriage charge. All goods must be in perfect condition, unused/un-tampered with, packed in the original packaging, in the original condition; all boxes must be fully sealed and sufficiently wrapped for return. Once goods are returned they are logged, inspected and following approval, then refunded, this may take up to 28 days – Quality Electrical Services and or SOS Electrics are not responsible for any interest charges made by your credit card provider.

For customer’s peace of mind this is underwritten in Law so that  in the European Union customers who have purchased online have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered; items must be unopened and in their original, sealed packaging.
